Dr. Shivana was raised in Brooklyn and Queens, NY. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY. Dr. Shivana continued her education at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where she earned her DMD degree.

Wanting to gain additional experience in emerging technologies within the field, she completed a General Practice Residency at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY. Dr. Shivana practiced dentistry in Colorado for a few years before returning home to New York. She now resides in Rockland County with her husband, two sons, and a dog.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Shivana loves spending time with family and friends. She enjoys cooking, traveling, trying new restaurants, and an occasional hike with her husband. Dr. Shivana is excited to provide the highest quality dental care in a friendly, compassionate, and professional environment. She looks forward to creating a plan tailored to your personal needs.
